Description – Big Hefe Hefeweizen! We went with a bigger grain bill on this one. We ended up with a bigger Hefeweizen that offers the traditional clove and fruity esters that you find in this style. For a touch of something extra, we dry-hopped the beer with Citra and Motueka Hops. The hops offer hints of tropical fruit. The result is a slightly fruity and refreshing wheat beer!
