We are thrilled to be open to the public and to have you back at Brown Iron! Obviously, quite a few things have changed (hopefully not for too long). We appreciate your patience and understanding, as new rules are put in place for your health and safety, as well as our employees.
New Brewhouse Changes
For the moment, we are encouraging guests to book reservations with us for both locations. We will be allowing limited walk-in customers, however booking a reservation will ensure your spot with us! Please be cautious of social distancing guidelines as we find you and your party a table! We encourage you to remain in your vehicle or outside on the sidewalk at a safe distance from other parties until you receive a text stating that your table is ready. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
· Reservations can only be made through BrownIron.com, Facebook or Yelp Reservations. We will not charge anything for holding a reservation.
· Tables can be reserved for parties of 10 or less.
· Your table will only be held for 15 minutes past your designated time. Please make sure to be as punctual as possible.
· You will receive a text when your table is ready.
· We ask you to limit your visit to 90 minutes or less so that others can enjoy the experience as well.
· All patio reservations are to be made over the phone
· If inclement weather should arise, all patio reservations will be cancelled for that portion of the day. All patio reservations are weather dependent.
Due to state of Michigan restrictions, dining room and patio capacity is limited to less than 50%.
We will be requiring that all guests wear a mask until you are seated at your table.
Due to challenges within the food industry, our menu is subject to periodic changes.
Single use, disposable menus will be available. You can also access our menu from your phone by going to BrownIron.com
All condiment caddies have been removed and single use condiments will be available upon request.
Tables will be separated by at least 6 feet.
Tuesday-Thursday 12- 9:15pm (last seating at 8pm)
Friday/Saturday 12 – 10:15 (last seating at 9pm)
Sunday 12 – 9:15 pm (last seating at 8pm)
Tuesday-Thursday 12 – 10:15pm (last seating at 9pm)
Friday/Saturday 12 – 11:15 (last seating at 10pm)
Sunday 10am – 9:15 pm (last seating at 8pm)
How will our employees keep you safe?
Every staff member will be required to wear masks at all times.
Every staff member will complete a health questionnaire before every shift. Employees are required to stay home if they are sick.
One designated employee will be sanitizing each location on a continual basis.
Silverware will be rolled using single use gloves.
Handwashing is the best way to stop the spreading of germs.
All of our management has been certified with ServSafe COVID 19 safety training and has trained the staff prior to opening.
We will continue to offer takeout of our current menu, growlers, howlers and wine. This will continue to be a curbside only service.
